We loved the San Antonio river walk. They had filled the trees lining the river with Christmas lights which draped down toward the water. We ate a Tex-Mex dinner by the river and watched the lights come on. Also were serenaded by girl scouts floating (in boats) down the river singing Christmas carols. Here are some pictures.


There are little footbridges crossing the river here and there, and of course Katie wanted to cross every one of them.
